Introduction to Yoga

Never before practiced?  Never taken a yoga class?  This class is highly recommended for you.

Sundays 12:30-1:30pm   Introduction to Yoga

Arrive 5 – 10 minutes before class. Wear comfortable clothes to bend in and sweat in. We have mats, blankets and blocks for your needs or you are welcome to bring your own. Leave your shoes inside or outside at the door. Cost is $10 first time. Water is good to bring. Always consult your doctor for approval before starting any new exercise.

About the author

Lisa is a Registered Nurse who has worked in Intensive Care, Progressive Care and Cardiology. Lisa was also a Group Fitness Leader for over 20 years and has intensively studied yoga for the past 10 years. Her passion to help heal the heart led her to Anusara Yoga® where she has received her accreditation as an Anusara–inspired yoga teacher.
