Paddleboard Yoga is a stand up Paddleboard with an oar. Instructions for beginners are given. Yoga postures are playfully practiced in a fun filled experience. Join us every Friday evening. Register at Oceanview Yoga.  You can register at time of event but, run the risk of no boards left. Register early to guarantee a board.

Meet 6:30pm @4201 South Atlantic Haciena Del Sol Beachside.  Parking free.

Ocean waves permitting Paddleboard yoga is on the Ocean.  Ocean waves not permitting, Paddleboard meets at Hacienda Del Sol and group moves to Jb’s Fish Camp to Paddleboard Yoga on the river. Common to see Manatees. Weather not permitting, Paddleboard Yoga is canceled that eve.
