In Florida, if you are a registered automobile owner you are required to purchase automobile insurance. You are also required to purchase PIP insurance (Personal Injury Protection or No-Fault Insurance).

In order for your insurance company to cover massage you must have a prescription from your doctor., it must state the following.

  • That it is for Massage Therapy (97124)
  • The diagnosis code
  • The duration, and the frequency

Step 2. – Call or visit us to start it all.

Call or come into Oceanview and meet with our massage therapists, from there we can start treatment and start to file all forms necessary to the insurance company.
