Chia comes from a little-known Native tribe in Northern Mexico. They are a great source of Omega-3 fatty acids–and they taste and smell a whole lot better than fish oil!
One of chia’s “hidden” benefits is that it helps you keep a high bone density because it’s full of calcium.
