Sometimes Seniors have unique health challenges. Our Senior Yoga is designed to meet those needs at a comfortable pace. Precautions
Please receive your doctors approval before starting any new form of exercise. It is very important to see your doctor if you suffer from any chronic conditions or are very sedentary. Spinal disk problems, glaucoma uncontrolled hypertension and RA should take extra care precautions and sometimes avoid twists, inversions or breath of fire.
